These are the Flemish community in the Flemish region and Brussels, the French community of Belgium (which refers to itself as Federation Wallonia-Brussels), in the Walloon region and Brussels, and the German community of Belgium, in the eastern border of the Walloon region. Brussels region is covered by two communities.
