Deutsch: Die Cuvry-Graffiti waren zwei großflächige Fassadenbilder des italienischen Street-Art-Künstlers Blu aus den Jahren 2007/2008, die zu den bekanntesten Graffiti in Berlin gehörten. Sie befanden sich an der sogenannten Cuvrybrache in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Das Dorf aus Zelten und Hütten auf der Brache hatte als Berlins erster Slum regelmäßig für Schlagzeilen gesorgt, bis es im September 2014 abbrannte. Aus Protest gegen die vorgesehene Bebauung des Geländes durch einen neuen Investor und vor allem als Signal gegen die misslungene Stadtentwicklung insgesamt und den Berliner Umgang mit der Kunst wurden die Graffiti im Dezember 2014 im Einvernehmen mit dem Künstler Blu vernichtet beziehungsweise mit schwarzer Farbe übermalt.

English: The Cuvry-Graffiti have been two large murals, created by the italian street art-artist Blu in 2007/2008. They belonged to the best known graffiti in Berlin, Germany. They were situated at the Cuvrybrache (Brache: german for: wasteland, fallow land) in the Cuvrystreet in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The village on the Cuvrybrache, consisting of tents and huts, produced head lines as Berlins first slum. In September 2014 the village burned down. To protest against the planned development and especially as a signal against Berlins urban development policy overall and Berlins interaction with the art the graffiti were painted over with black colour in December 2014. The destruction of the art objects was realized in agreement with the artist Blu.
