English: When the current Back Bay station was built in 1987, a number of decorative details were reused. These include:
  • A locomotive carving, now on the ventilation stack near Clarendon Street
  • Several stone strip carvings, now on walls at the ends of St. Charles Street and Cazenove Street
  • A NYNH&H stone, now on a wall on Columbus Avenue
  • Several metal canopy segments, now used on the headhouse along Columbus Avenue
