English: The FIFe Easy Mind System (EMS) is a system used by the Fédération internationale féline to identify cats by codes. EMS Code ns 12 means black silver shell or tipped (not for BLH/BSH) coats, also called black silver chinchilla. Just the tip of each hair is heavily black pigmented, while the unpigmented section of the hair is usually white, or silver.
