Italiano: La piazza del mercato fu costruita tra la fine del IV sec. e il III sec. a.C., in terra battuta delimitato da lastre di pietra. Venne ristrutturata nel I sec. a.C. lastricandola anche all'interno e edificando un portico sul lato ovest. Nel II sec. d.C. venne circondata da un nuovo portico su tutti i lati. Sul lato ovest la nuova costruzione venne affiancata alla precedente, raddoppiando cioè il colonnato porticato su quel lato. Questo era interrotto a metà dal passaggio pedonale coperto, introdotto da propilei. Un altro ingresso, da sud, dalla via Traiana, era destinato al passaggio dei carri delle merci.
English: The market square was built between the end of the 4th and the 3rd century B.C., in rammed earth bordered by stone slabs. It was renovated in the 1st century B.C., paving it inside and raising a portico on the west side. In the 2nd century A.D. it was surrounded by a new portico, which on the west side was flanked by the previous one, creating a double colonnade, cut by the monumental entrance for the public. Another entrance, from the Via Traiana, was granted for the passage of wagons carrying goods.
