English: Description CWGC: Grafhorst is a small hamlet in the commune of IJsselmuiden, and is situated on the Karnpen-Ijsselmuiden Meppel road. The cemetery is on the southern outskirts of Grafhorst, on the eastern side of the road to Ijsselmuiden. In the south-eastern corner are the graves of 6 airmen; four from the United Kingdom and two from Australia.
