English: Description CWGC : Workum is a town on the edge of the IJsselmeer (Zuyderzee, Zuiderzee) some 30 kilometres due south of Harlingen. The cemetery is on the south-eastern side of the town on the road to the railway station. This road is known as the Spoordyk. Close to the entrance are the graves of nine airmen, six of whom came from the United Kingdom and three from Canada.
