Deutsch: Die Evangelische Garnisons- und Hofkirche in Kassel, Hessen, wurde 1757 von Bröckel begonnen, jedoch erst 1770 fertiggestellt und eingeweiht. Zwischen 1812 und 1816 diente sie als Magazin. Danach wurde die Kirche zur kurfürstlichen Hof- und Garnisonskirche ausgebaut. Im Oktober 1943 brannte die Kirche in Folge eines Luftangriffs völlig aus. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurden die oberen Außenmauern abgetragen, allein das Untergeschoss blieb bis heute erhalten.
English: Die Protestant Garrison and Court Church in Cassel/Kassel, State of Hesse, Germany, was begun by Bröckel in 1757, but only completed and inaugurated in 1770. Between 1812 and 1816 it served as a warehouse. Thereafter it was extended to become the garrison and prince-electoral court church. In October 1943 it completely burnt out in an Second World War Allied bombing of the old city of Kassel. After the war The outside walls of the ruin have been shortened to those of the first floor, which are preserved since.
