English: Factories in the United Kingdom used for filling shells and bombs with explosives. In World War I factories belonging to the Ministry of Munitions were known as National Filling Factories. In World War II factories belonging to the Ministry of Supply were known as a Royal Filling Factories (RFF), or Royal Ordnance Factories (ROF).
