Slaidburn was the main filming location for "Poison Pen" (1996). The postoffice was used, the area around the war memorial, the church and other parts of Slaidburn.
The Curry Mile in Manchester was the main location for the episode "Serving the Community" (1997).
Kendal, Cumbria, was an important location for "Helping Hansi" (1998).
