Deutsch: Franz Josef Jung (* 5. März 1949 in Eltville-Erbach) ist ein deutscher Politiker (CDU). Er ist seit 1998 stellvertretender Vorsitzender der hessischen CDU. Vom 22. November 2005 bis zum 28. Oktober 2009 war er Bundesverteidigungsminister und vom 28. Oktober 2009 bis zum 30. November 2009 Bundesarbeitsminister.
English: Franz Josef Jung (born 5 March 1949) is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). He became Federal Minister of Defence in the Grand coalition cabinet of Angela Merkel on 22 November 2005. In October 2009 he became Minister of Labour and Social Affairs but resigned a month later.
