English: Viscount Fukuba Bisei (福羽美静, also read as Fukuba Yoshishizu, August 24, 1831 – August 14, 1907) was a Japanese scholar of national learning and government official during the late Edo period and Meiji era, and a retainer of the Kamei clan.
