English: Fylde Borough Transport was a bus operator in the Borough of Fylde. Created in 1974, it was absorbed into Blackpool Transport in 1996.

Initially a municipally owned operator, it was created in 1974 when the borough of Fylde itself was created through the merger of the borough of Lytham St Annes, Kirkham Urban District, and Fylde Rural District. It was based in the former Lytham St Annes Corporation depot in Squires Gate. The operation used a livery of blue and white, relieved by a yellow stripe, and the fleetname Fylde Borough.

As part of bus deregulation, the operation was incorporated in March 1986 as Fylde Borough Transport Ltd, as an arms length company still wholly owned by the borough council. Following deregulation the operation adopted the new fleet name of Blue Buses and a new livery of two tone blue. As an arms length company it expanded its fleet and competed directly with its larger northern neighbour, another recently deregulated arms length municipal operator, Blackpool Transport. The company also operated coaches under the Seagull Coaches fleetname, but with the same two tone blue livery. Despite being profitable it found itself unable to invest in many new buses, and so instead embarked on a program of substantial refurbishment of some of its older vehicles.

The council eventually privatised the company, selling it to its management in December 1993. It didn't last long in independent ownership however, selling out to Blackpool Transport in May 1994. By 1996 Blue Buses & Seagull Coaches had been completely absorbed by Blackpool Transport.
