Not to be confused with the speaker of the legislature (Oberstlandmarschall, i.e. Supreme [Crown] Land Marshall), also imperially appointed, however from amidst the elected members of the crown land's parliament, and simultaneously head of the crown land's government, the Landesausschuss.
