Die 1935 nach Plänen des Architekten Bodo Ebhardt erbaute Fabrikantenvilla wurde von dem Bleifarben-Fabrikbesitzer Thilo Albin Mühlberg in Auftrag gegeben. Das burgartige Gemäuer wurde 1945 enteignet, es diente noch bis 1978 der sowjetischen Militärverwaltung (39. motorisierte Gardedivision) als Stabsgebäude und Kommandantur.
