Former Blana Tenement House. Named after the Greek origin trader Elias Blana. Later owned by the banker of Cronos Pension and Insurance Association, Jakab Pirnitzer, who remodeleld the formerly Neo-Classicist building in Romantic Style; after owned by trader Leo Kern (1834?-1892?). Renovated in 1965, by the architect of the Budapest City Planning Institute (abbr. BUVÁTI) György Ráth. Three-storey romantic house, planned by Hild József, built in 1846. The gate is in the middle and above the gate is a balcony with eclectic railing. On the second third floors, the windows are romantic style, geometrically decorated. On the first floor, are triplets of pilasters - 6 Hercegprímás Street, Lipótváros neighborhood, District V of Budapest.
