English: The Interdistrict School for Arts and Education (ISAAC) at 190 Governor Winthrop Boulevard at the intersection of Meridian Street in New London, Connecticut is a charter middle school which was chartered in 1997-1998. It reached full middle school status in 2002-2003, and purchased the YMCA Building where it is now located in 2003-2004.
