English: Kenscoff is a commune of Haiti situated in the department of Ouest and in arrondissement of Port-au-Prince. Population of about 50,000 inhabitants (2009 estimate), Kenscoff became a suburb of the capital Port-au-Prince. At nearly 1500 meters, Kenscoff enjoys a cool climate and is known for its vegetable production and the many resorts homes of the Port-au-Prince bourgeoisie.

À près de 1 500 mètres d'altitude, Kenscoff bénéficie d'un climat frais et est connue pour sa production maraîchère et les nombreuses maisons de villégiatures de la bourgeoisie port-au-princienne.
