Februar 1978 in Brooklyn, US-Bundesstaat New York, Vereinigte Staaten) war ein österreichisch-polnisch-US-amerikanischer Rabbiner und Schriftsteller. Er wirkte von 1946 bis 1948 in Frankfurt am Main, wo er jüdische Organisationen und Schulen gründete und rekonstituierte.

English: Leon Thorn (born as Leon Leib Yehuda Thorn on 22 July 1907 in Schodnica near Drohobycz, Galicia, Cisleithania, Austria-Hungary; deceased as Leon Thorne on 23 February 1978 in Brooklyn, New York State, USA) was an Austrian-Polish-American Rabbi and author. Between 1946 and 1948 he served in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany, where he founded and reconstituted Jewish organisations and schools. After emigration he published his memoirs in the US in 1961 which he originally had written in German language.
