Linwood House at 30 Linwood Avenue, Linwood, Christchurch, was a heritage building from 1857 registered as Category II by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust with registration number 3119. It was build for Joseph Brittan and the Canterbury Superintendent William Rolleston, who had married his daughter, lived there later. It received some damage in the September 2010 earthquake and was further damaged in the February 2011 Christchurch earthquake and demolished.
