English: The Lower House ("Hạ nghị viện") or National Assembly ("Quốc hội") was the legislative assembly of the Republic of Vietnam (better known as South Vietnam).
It was first a unicameral legislature, during the First Republic (1955-1963), and then the lower house of a bicameral legislature, during the Second Republic (1967-1975). It was housed in the building of the Saigon Municipal Opera House.
