Malcolm Scott Galloway OBE MC JP (7 May 1887-19 July 1978) was a New Zealand soldier, author and politician. He was the Secretary General of the New Zealand Red Cross. He was a Wellington City Councillor from 1943 to 1950 and on the Wellington Hospital Board for two spells in 1947 and from 1948 to 1950.
