"Military aircraft" as used here refers to all kinds of combat aircraft, like Fighters, Bombers, Attack/Multirole combat/Electronic warfare or Maritime patrol aircraft. Trainer aircraft designed for purely military purposes are also included here, like the Pilatus PC-9 or Fouga Magister.

Not included here are transport, aerial refueling or trainer aircraft made by a manufacturer producing mostly civilian aircraft, like the Cessna T-41 or the Lockheed Hercules (which can be found under Lockheed).
