Deutsch: Mosche Lejb Czerner (Geboren in Galizien, 1. April 1879 – 21. Januar 1962, gestorben in Tel Aviv, Israel) war ein israelischer Architekt. Er kam 1921 ins Land mit seiner Frau Rivka, die ehe blieb kinderlos. Ab Mitte der 1920er Jahre war er Tel Avivs Stadtbaurat. Er erbaute Ph. Skora's Building 1924/1925, als luxuriöses Hotel gedacht diente es 1928 bis 1965 als Rathaus. Ferner schuf er den Bau im Rechov Balfour 44, das Wohnhaus im 'Rechov Nachmani' 25.
