The Northern Cemetery (also Eastern Cemetery or Mamluk Desert Cemetery) is a division of al-Qarafa or City of the Dead, the Islamic-era necropolis of Cairo. It is a label that applies to a set of historic cemetery zones to the north of the Cairo Citadel, stretching from the Bab al-Wazir cemetery in the south to the tombs of Qansuh Abu Sa'id, Qurqumas, Sultan Inal, and others to the north.
