It consists of a group of three Inter-War California Bungalow style cottages built close to Park Road. Each house is built to the same design suggesting speculative development as holiday cottages. The original part of each cottage has an T shaped plan with a low to medium pitch roof. The roof is gabled at the east end, with the main ridge terminated by a transverse gable running north-south at the west end. The main roof slope extends over the verandah facing the street; at the rear it has a reduced slope over the rear, infilled verandah. The rear verandahs of numbers 22 and 26 have been extended to the south. The houses are clad with rusticated weatherboards below the level of the window sills with battened compressed fibrous cement sheeting above sill level. The rusticated weatherboards also form balustrades to the front verandahs. All the cottages have corrugated steel roofs with roll top ridge capping. Brick chimneys are at the east end of the cottages. Two pairs of casement windows face the street; the windows in the gabled front are shaded by skillion roofed awnings.
