Perge has a street to the north, from the Hellenistic gate and the nearby Agora. There first is a straight road in a north-northeasterly direction. The road then veers somewhat more to the north, a part I called “middle”, then it veers again and continues almost straight north. The road passes a crossing with a recently excavated and restored Columned Western Street to one side, and a less impressive road to the east. After the crossing there is a final part, which is so close to the Nymphaeum of Hadrian aka Kestros that it is in a category of its own.
