English:  Unclear copyright status for images from w:en:Philippine News Agency (PNA). While it is considered an agency under the Philippine government (and may be eligible for {{PD-PhilippinesGov}}), PNA claims copyright over all of images hosted on their website, as evidenced at Item No. 8 of their terms and conditions page (May 16, 2022 archived copy). Quote relevant part/s (as of 01/07/2021): 8. All content and materials on the Site are the exclusive property of PNA-NIB or its content suppliers, and may be downloaded or printed for your own personal and non-commercial use only of not more than five (5) articles/photos per day. In case of commercial use, the reproduction, publication, and use of the news articles shall only be made with the written consent of NIB-PNA.... All copyright notices on downloaded or printed material must be retained. The link to the article or photo shall be included in the content of any reprinted material. Save as specifically permitted here, you may not reproduce, distribute, republish, repost, modify, transmit, make available to the public, adapt, create a derivative work, or otherwise use or exploit any content on the Site in any way or for any purpose. In addition, you may not distribute or make available any part of the Site over any other website or any network. PNA stories and photos shared on Social Media should be done from the PNA website. The News and Information Bureau of the Philippine government in their information page about PNA repeats this copyright claim (May 23, 2023 archived copy), asserting that all contents are "protected by Philippines copyright laws under Republic Act No. 8293, known as the Intellectual Property (IP) Code of the Philippines."
