  • 1852–1872: Emilie Bieber (1810–1884)
  • 1872–1911: ihr Neffe Leonhard Berlin-Bieber (1841–1931), baute das Berliner Atelier ca. ab 1890 und betrieb es bis zum Schluß ca. 1911
  • 1911–1938: Leonhards Sohn Emil Bieber (1878–1962; Partner seit 1902/1904)

Description GermanGerman photo studio located in Hamburg founded 1852 by Emilie Bieber (1810-1884), continued from 1872 on by her nephew Leonard Berlin-Bieber (1841-1931) with a branch office in Berlin from 1890 to 1911. In 1902 (or 1904) Leonhard's son Emil Bieber (1878-1962) became a partner and in 1911 sole owner of the studio in Hamburg. In 1938 had been forced to close the studio and emigrated to South Africa.
