Poets House is a national literary center and poetry library located at 10 River Terrace in Battery Park City, Manhattan, New York City, where it moved in 2009 from a loft in SoHo at 72 Spring Street. The library and museum has a rent-free lease in the LEED-certified building until 2069. The building's exterior was designed by the Polshek Partnership,
