Built in 1966 and registered DRN665D. Ribble Leopard 665 spent the first 13 years of its working life in Lancashire. In 1979 it was exported to the Isle of Man with 9 other short Ribble Leopards. Withdrawn from service in 1983 the little Leopard saw further use with the local Air Training Corp before ending up on a farm in the early 1990's. In 1998 the bus was rescued by renowned transport preservationists Richard & John Davis. The Father and son team restored the bus to its original Ribble Cherry red livery over a 13 year period, returning to the road in April 2011. Registered on the Isle of Man MAN665D, the little Leopard has since made several return trips to Lancashire attending numerous vintage vehicle events and shows.
