English: The President's Aircraft Board, also known as the Morrow Board was appointed by President Calvin Coolidge in 1925. It consisted of Dwight Morrow, Major General James G. Harbord, a retired Army Chief of Staff; Rear Admiral Frank F. Fletcher, a retired admiral; Arthur C. Denison, a Federal judge from Grand Rapids, Michigan; William F. Durand, a aeronautical engineer; Howard Coffin, a consulting engineer, former head of the Air Production Board; Senator Hiram Bingham, the Board’s only pilot; Representative Carl Vinson; and Representative James S. Parker.
