Protestant church. Reformed and Evangelical Common Church. Built in 1937 in 'folk' and Hungarian-style. First local protestants registered since 1867. The communities got,-from the city,-the plot in 1927. Construction started in 1936, both community gave equal money. Architect: Bálint Szeghalmy (born in Oradea, main architect of Miskolc). Sacrified September 5, 1937. On the top of the 25 meters high tower a star, on the gable? a cross can be see. The construction work of the church was carried out by local craftsmen. In 1940 the idea of casting a new 500kg bell was planned, but in the absence of money, so the 100 kg bell still ringing in the church tower, came to Sümeg from the Reformed Pastoral Resort of Balatonfüred. The bell was consecrated on June 21, 1959. Inscription on the bell: "Lord will be jesus everywhere. Cast by László Szlezák, bell foundry, Budapest, 1955". A templomot a vidéken élő reformátusok és evangélikusok közösen használják. Sümeg Város Önkormányzata Képviselő-testületének 2017.évi önkormányzati rendelete(tervezete) alapján helyi védelem alatt.
