The Queens Hotel occupies a large plot of land on the seafront in Brighton, England, facing King's Road and Grand Junction Road. The earliest part is the central section, occupying a building dating from 1846. The main (western) elevation dates from 1870 and was originally the Markwell Hotel. The Queens Hotel gradually expanded to take in all the buildings between East Street and Little East Street. A small portion of the building facing East Street is Grade II-listed.
