- Former Margit Villa. Now, Party Villa. Owned by (built to??) János Kakuk (1882-1945) chief surgeon in Timisoara. The villa got its name after his wife. János Kakuk was the president of the Hungarian Dalárda (Men Vocal Choir) in Timisoara and vice-president of the Banat section of the Hungarian Party. He is a school doctor and health teacher at timisoara Piarist High School. Mr. and Mrs. Kakuk graves are in the old cemetery in Balatonföldvár. - 29 Rákóczi Ferenc Street, Balatonföldvár, Somogy County, Hungary.

Kakuk János a Temesvári Magyar Dalárda elnöke, a Magyar Párt Bánsági tagozatának alelnöke volt. A Temesvári Piarista Gimnáziumban iskolaorvos és egészségtan tanár.
