English: Routemaster bus RM2033 (reg. ALM 33B) was delivered to London Transport in November 1964. It was service in London until withdrawal in May 1994, at some point being trial fitted with a Cummins engine, in place of its AEC power unit. Latterly with the Longon General division, instead of being privatised into their fleet, it passed into the London Transport reserve fleet. In 1997 it was one of two RM class buses (the other being RM2078) bought by London United, who had only recieved RML class buses in privatisation. After refurbishment by Hants & Dorset it entered service aswell as being shown at bus rallies, wearing London United livery. In 2002 it was fitted with Cummins Euro2B engine and Allison T270 gearbox. It was finally withdrawn from service in 2004 when allocated to Shepherd's Bush Garage (code S) when London Buses route 9 lost its Routemasters. It was immediately bought by Exclusive Cars Nottingham Ltd, a specialist private hire company. It was first operated by them in London United livery, but later received London Transport livery.
