Category:RML2525 (Routemaster bus)

English: Routemaster bus RML2525 (reg. JJD 525D) was delivered to London Transport in June 1966. As with all RML buses, in the early 1990s it was re-engined (Cummins) and refurbished. It saw continual use in London into the privatisation era, passing in 1994 into the fleet of Leaside Buses (which later became Arriva London North). It remained in service until its last allocation, route 38, lost its Routemasters, in October 2005. In January 2006 it was sold to dealer Ensignbus, who sold it to McKeever Hotels of Glasgow a month later. In June 2009 it returned to Ensignbus, who sold it for export a month later as a tour bus in Canada, with Ambassatours of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
