Radnóti Miklós Community Centre/other name Radnóti Miklós House of Culture/ and Metropolitan Ervin Szabó Library (abbrev.: FSZEK) branch library the Csillagtelep Library. Both opened on April 1, 1963. The district south of the centre of Csepel began to be populated in the 1910s. Between 1955-66, according to the plans of Lajos Zalaváry, this housing estate was built, with about 2000 apartments. The library still serves primarily the residents of Csepel and the surrounding part of the city, but for some rarities they also visit us from more distant districts. From 1 January 1978, when the main library system was established, the library belonged to the main library of Csepel from an organizational, professional and economic point of view. The Csepel main library operated on Kalamar József (today's Szent István) Road, in the building of the Rideg Sándor Community Centre (today Királyerdei Community Centre), where a FSZEK member library still operates. It was first renovated in 1986 and then in 2010. The library is located on the first floor of the Radnóti Miklós Community Centre. Inside: in 2006, a Miklós Radnóti bust by Gabriella Kőszeghy installed, AND in 2016 a Béla Radics /other name: the King of the Guitar/ ceramic relief by ceramist Ferenc Dorogi installed - 2 Vénusz Street (Akácfa Street corner), Csepel-Csillagtelep neighborhood, 21st district of Budapest.
