Residential complex Zapadnyy Luch (ru: ЖК «Западный Луч», en: [western ray]). Several high-rise buildings located at the end of Truda Street to the north-west of the intersection of the carriageways of Truda and Engelsa streets, on the right bank of the Miass River. The complex includes already commissioned multi-storey buildings in the same style: Truda Street, 156v, 158, 162, Engelsa Street, 4 and two-storey trade and administrative buildings near them Truda Street, 156, 160, 164. As of May 2021 1 multi-storey building is still being completed, his address is still unknown. Several more buildings are planned to be built within the complex.
