Rezin Millings Price. He was born February 26, 1840 and worked as a wood-workman. For a number of years he was engaged in the furniture and undertaking business. He was later employed at the Edna Piano and Organ factory in Monroeville. He participated in the American Civil War. He married Jennie Kail, the daughter of Mary E. Kail, the poetess and song writer. They had three daughters and two sons: Effie Price, Pearl Price, Meritt Price, Orlo Price, and Marie Price. He died on October 21, 1923.
