Designed by Brunow & Maunula Architects Ltd (arcitects Anna Brunow and Anne Lehtinen and students Jarkko Kettunen and Elina Suonranta), completed in 2002. Honourable mention in the 2002 award of Concrete Structure of the year. Notable details: facades are made of self-supporting precast concrete wall panels with uncommon form and grooves. The panels are painted. The hollow corner with threes between two buildings is bordered with steel panels. Courtyard eaves line is broken with balcony towers. The design won a architecture competition.

Suunnittelu Arkkitehtitoimisto Brunow & Maunula Oy, arkkitehdit Anna Brunow ja Anne Lehtinen sekä arkkitehtiylioppilaat Jarkko Kettunen ja Elina Suonranta, valmistumisvuosi on 2002. Kunniamaininta Vuoden betonirakenne -kilpailussa 2002. Rakennusten julkisivut on tehty itsekantavista betonisista kuorielementeistä, joiden muoto on erikoinen, elementtien pinnassa on uritus. Julkisivupinnoituksena on maalaus. Tontin kulmaan muodostuu teräsrakenteella rajattu tyhjä tila, jossa on puuistutuksia. Pihan puolella eri korkuiset parveketornit rikkovat suoraa räystäslinjaa. Suunnitelma perustuu suunnittelukilpailuvoittoon.
