Deutsch: Die St. Johanniskirche in Köln gehört und dient einer Gemeinde der Selbständigen Evangelisch-Lutherischen Kirche (SELK). Bis zur Kriegszerstörung hatte die Gemeinde an derselben Stelle ein äußerlich als Kirche erkennbares Kirchengebäude besessen und genutzt. Auf behördliche Anordnung musste der Neubau von 1952 als Teil eines Wohnhauses errichtet werden.

English: The St. Johanniskirche in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is owned and used by a congregation within the Independent Evangelical-Lutheran Church (SELK). Though the congregation had owned and used a building of typical church architecture at the same place, before this had been bombed in WWII, it was allowed to build its new church only as a hall within a residential building.
