The mosque has two sets of porches on the courtyard side with the main entrance (there are side-entrances). Son cemaat yeri is the "place of last assembly", where latecomers to prayer or people who want to stay outside can pray. The porch closest to the mosque has eight marble and granite columns. Ther second one in its front had been lost, but obviously has been restored.
