English: St. Nicholas Edinoverie Church located at 24a Marata Street in Saint Petersburg was built in 1820-38 under the guidance of architect A. I. Melnikov at the late Empire style. The church was built on the corner land bought by merchant K. Z. Chursinov fellow at the expense of the Edinoverie Community. It was closed in May 1931. After some reconstruction in 1934, the building housed the Museum of the Arctic and the Antarctic. [1]
Русский: Никольская Единоверческая церковь (ц. Святителя Николая Чудотворца) в Санкт-Петербурге (ул. Марата, 24а), построена в 1820-38 по проекту архитектора А. И. Мельникова в стиле позднего ампира. Здание возведено на угловом участке, купленном купцом К. З. Чурсиновым на средства общины единоверцев. Закрыта в мае 1931; после переделки в 1934 в ней разместился музей Арктики и Антарктики. [2]
