Ste. Geneviève, Missouri is a city in Ste. Geneviève County. It was founded in 1735 by French Settlers in New France as a depot for lead and salt. The city contains the largest concentration of French colonial log architecture in the United States, and much of the city is a designated National Historic Landmark district.
