On January 8 2016, Steven Callahan visited North Yarmouth Academy to share his story of being lost at sea for 76 days. In February of 1982, Steven was sailing the Napoleon Solo in a transatlantic race when he struck something, he believes a whale, and began taking on water. A native of Maine, shipbuilder/designer, editor and, author, recounts his story of survival in "Adrift: 76 days lost at sea."
