English: Headquarters of The Washington Center (TWC), also known as The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, is located at 1333 16th Street, N.W., in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Built in 1915 for businessman Isaac Thomas Mann, the Italianate-style mansion is designated as a contributing property to the Sixteenth Street Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Former occupants include the American Psychological Association, Persian ambassador Ghaffar Khan Djalal, the Embassy of Nigeria, the Embassy of Venezuela, and Venezuelan ambassador Pedro Manuel Arcaya.
