English: Sculpture "Wall Relief no. 1" from 1955 designed by Henry Moore for the new Bouwcentrum in the rebuilt citycenter of Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
The relief was sculptured with 16.000 bricks by two Dutch bricklayers in an organic and geometric pattern and measures 18,60 m x 8,40 m. The sculpture is his first and only work in bricks.
The original building was demolished in 2012. The wall relief was incorporated into the replacement building, FIRST Rotterdam.Subcategories
