English: Wat Chong Kham, Mueang Mae Hong Son District, Mae Hong Son Province, northern Thailand
Wat Chong Kham (built 1827, rebuilt 1970s) sits in front of a small lake with the same name, and adjacent to Wat Chong Klang. Although it is the oldest wat in Mae Hong Son, having been founded in 1827 by the Shan ruler Phaya Singhanataraj, it unfortunately is mostly a reconstruction from the 1970s, as the original burned down. The wat's distinguishing feature is a large viharn is graced with a seven-layer pyatthat (multi-tiered spire).
