English: The structure was designed and constructed in Torquay by John Watson and William Harvey from 1878 to 1881 and relocated to Great Yarmouth in 1904. The ironwork is by Jesse Tildesley from the Crescent Iron Works in Willenhall, Staffordshire. The building was closed in 2008 due to health and safety concerns and is scheduled to be renovated in 2021.
